浅谈当前我国微博发展的法律环境

微博作为一个发展迅速的新型网络媒介,开启了一个公民表达自我的全新时代.但我国在有关微博言论规制的立法上还有不少空白和缺陷,在处理微博言论带来的种种社会问题时引发了不少争议.因此本文从法制建设的角度出发,分析当前微博发展所处及所需的法律环境,并就国家如何加强立法,以规制微博的发展提出建议.

On the Legal Environment of Chinese Microblog Development

As a rapid-developing new network medium,the microblog has opened a new era for citizens to express themselves.But legislation of microblog and speech regulation in China are largely blank and have defects,which has brought about many disputes when dealing with those social problems caused by the microblog speech.Therefore this paper,from the point of view of the construction of legal system,analyzes the legal environment which microblog is in,and puts forward some suggestions about microblog legislation so as to regulate the development of microblog.
