| 摘 要： | 建设数量相当、结构合理和高素质的软件人才队伍是软件产业发展的支撑，因而培养高水平的程序员已经成为目前我国各类高校计算机专业本科生和专科生的主要培养目标。文章分析了我国当前软件产业的发展形势和软件人才的需求情况，提出研究与建设计算机专业程序设计课程群的必要性和可行性，并讨论了程序设计课程群研究与建设的内容和方法，以培养适应未来发展需要的软件人才。
