| 摘 要： | 通过对朱建华在专项素质训练中应用“非均衡结构补偿理论”的分析，得到如下结论：在训练高水平运动员的过程中，其专项素质训练应着重提高运动员竞技能力结构中的优势能力，通过发展优势能力弥补某些低水平专项素质的不足；而非均衡结构补偿理论，则更适于培养现代高水平运动员．

| Abstract: | By analyzing the application on the theory of unbalanced structural compensation used by Mr. Zhu Jianhua to specialized quality training,the athletic ability of high-level athletes can be improved, which will compensate for the quality of low-level athletes. |
