| 摘 要： | 政治社会化是一个持续不断的动态发展过程,其动态性特征主要体现在政治社会化主体和客体的运行方式,以及主客体之间的动态互动之中。探讨政治社会化动态运行机理的理论价值和现实意义在于,通过分析政治社会化的动态性,充分认识思想政治工作的长期性和艰巨性,积极地借鏊政治社会化的理论和方法,努力改进和完善传统的思想政治工作内容与方式。 |

| Abstract: | Political socialization is a continuous process and its characteristics are revealed in the operation of subject and object of political socialization as well as their interaction. Its theoretical and practical values lie in the fact we must realize that the ideological and political work is a long - term and difficult process and use its theory and methods to improve and perfect traditional ideological and political work in an active way. |
