| 摘 要： | 证券公司退出市场是促进我国证券市场规范、稳健运行的必要途径和有效手段。我国虽有证券公司退出市场相关的法律规定和实践,新修订的《公司法》、《证券法》又为其加入了新的内容,但总体上讲,是不全面的、不系统的。本文从三个部分分析了证券公司退出机制的完善。第一部分主要分析关于证券公司退出市场的法律规定与实践做法;第二部分分析完善证券公司退出机制的必要性;第三部分提出了作者关于完善证券公司退出机制的具体措施。

| Abstract: | The securities company withdrawing from the market is an essential and effective way to ensure securities market standard and its steady function.The legal system of China contains the laws and regulations about securities company withdrawing from the market,Company Law and Securities Law has been revised lately, but on the whole the laws and regulations are not complete and systematic.It consists of 3 section.Chapter 1 analyzes the regulations and laws of about securities company withdrawing from the market and its practice.Chapter 2 analyzes the necessary perfection of the legislation about securities company with drawing from the market.Then the author in the last chapter put forward some feasible suggestion in respect to improving the legislation and practice about securities company withdrawing from the market. |
