以教学评估为契机,提升独立学院综合竞争力

独立学院作为高等教育大众化阶段的新型办学模式,已经成为我国高等教育的重要资源。目前,独立学院经历了创办、发展、调整的过程,开始进入规范办学和提升质量的阶段。教育部第26号令《独立学院设置和管理办法》明确要求独立学院在五年内完成转设,并对独立学院开始进行教学评估。独立学院应以教学评估为契机,促进教学质量和教学管理水平上一个新台阶,全面提升综合竞争力。
