| Abstract: | An appropriate evaluation system requires not only the support of a good system,but also the cooperation of outer environment.Decision making and administration departments for scientific research should establish a reasonable scientific research evaluation mechanism,should correctly recognize the purpose and significance of the evaluation to carry out the evaluation work soundly. |
