| Abstract: | Based on the elaboration of kernel connotation and important formation causes of the Japanese corporate culture, the paper analyzed major behaviors of Japanese corporate culture practiced successfully in enterprise developments,and put forward successful experiences of lifelong tenure,direct influence of "professional" culture and correct settlement of "cultural conflicts" between different cultures,which has a significant impact and inspiration on Dalian enterprises. |
