轻重学说在宋代的接受与实践

轻重学说是封建政府加强财政收入的理财理论。面对冗官冗兵、对外纳贡使北宋财政几于耗尽的财政状况,有识之士自觉地接受了轻重理论。他们对轻重学说中的"利出一孔"论重新作出阐释,对其垄断、抑商等特性结合北宋现实作出完善与修正,且提出了更合理的"权商贾"理论。继之,他们将这种理财理论付诸国家的财政实践,直接挽救了当时严重的财政危机。轻重学说没有受到南宋士人的重视,究其原因,在于会子的发行在很大程度上代替了为政府理财的轻重敛散之术。
