| 摘 要： | 典型教育是延安时期党的思想政治教育的一大特色,党通过树立典型感染党员领导干部和广大群众,起到了很好的思想政治教育效果,为当代思想政治教育工作运用典型教育方法提供了宝贵的历史经验：围绕党的中心工作树立典型,注重典型的时代特征;注意发现群众身边的典型,以身边人教育身边人;积极宣传典型,使之深入人心;典型要监督、教育、自省,使之精神永存;恰当运用反面典型教育群众,起到预防和警觉作用;典型教育必须与党员领导干部的以身作则结合起来。

| Abstract: | Education by model is a highlight of the innovative ideological works in Yan＇an.By setting up models the Party influences its cadres and the great masses,achieving very desirable effects.The success of the course provides contemporary ideological education practitioners with valuable experiences： models of age typicality are selected and set up according to the Party＇s focuses;models familiar with common people are selected for teaching the masses;models are publicized for popular influence;models are watched,taught and improved to keep everlasting spirits;adequate use of bad models for precaution and warning;and education by model are combined with cadres＇ discipline requirements. |
