| 摘 要： | 心理健康教育在高校日益受到重视,取得了丰硕的成果。有效地评价20年来高校心理健康教育所取得的成绩,成为众多研究者关心的问题。对心理健康教育实质的理解是进行有效评价的关键。文章认为心理健康教育实质是培养大学生具有一种和谐的心理状态,思维方式和生活习惯。和谐的氛围与和谐的人是教育评价重要的评价指标。

| Abstract: | Mental health education has become more and more important in college education.Researchers concern the topic how to evaluate the achievement of mental health education of 20 years.Understanding the nature of mental health education,which is to cultivate students the harmonious mental state,thinking style and living habit,is helpful to the evaluating activity.The important evaluating index is harmonious atmosphere and person. |
