Reflections on the Problems of Building a New Socialist Countryside

Building a new socialist countryside is the historic choice of our party based on the rural realities.It is the inexorable requirement of earnest implementation of the scientific concept of development,overall planning of the urban-rural economic development and construction of the harmonious society,reflecting the importance our party and government attach to the "three rurals"(namely the rural economy,rural community,and rural residents).It is a long-term arduous task to build a new socialist countryside.In order to advance it steadily,we must scientifically plan,recognize fully its significance,comply with the basic principles,correctly handle the relevant relationships,and provide efficient guarantees.
