浦东新郊区建设和人口城市化再推进研究

开发开放前的浦东基本上是农村,浦东开发开放实际上就是农村非农化、城市化和城市现代化超常规快速推进的过程。中国城市化快速推进的发展态势及其中的诸多结构性矛盾,高度浓缩于浦东开发开放的过程之中。在浦东新区成为国务院综合配套试点地区以及加快新郊区建设的背景下,深入研究浦东农村人口城市化进程,不仅对浦东建设成为上海"四个中心"的核心功能区具有重要的现实意义,而且可为其他沿海开发地区提供有益的借鉴。

On New Suburb and Urbanization Redevelopment in Pudong District

Before the openness of Pudong,most areas of it were rural areas.The development of Pudong was the process of urbanization and modernation.Given new suburb construction and the background that Pudong is the experi- mental area of State Council's comprehensive complementary refoms,the study of urbanization in Pudong will be of important significance to make it the core zone of shanghai four centers.The study will also provide valuable reference for the opening of other coastal areas.
