| Abstract: | The article indicates that the fundamental objectives of value of antitrust law should be conserving competitive system, making resources allocation optimal, and maximizing continuously social welfare through conserving competitive freedom. The article also discusses comprehensively the connotation of efficiency standard, the history evolution of efficiency standard, the norm function of efficiency standard. |
