| 摘 要： | 介绍了制度及其功能,运用制度经济学理论,研究了建筑施工企业科技制度变迁和两种主要方式:诱致性制度变迁和强制性制度变迁,并分析了制度变迁的特殊形式、制度创新及其内容和形式,讨论了制度变迁与创新的保障机制。
