民勤县生态危机分析及其对策

民勤县生态状况日益恶化 :防风固沙植被萎缩 ,风沙侵蚀绿洲和农田 ,荒漠化速度加快 ,土地盐碱化严重 ,并造成部分农民的贫困。面对民勤严重的生态危机 ,我们应充分认识民勤生态问题的严重性和保护民勤绿洲的迫切性 ,合理调配水资源 ,并根据以水定地的原则 ,适当压缩耕地面积 ,退耕还林还草 ,运用生物技术和工程技术 ,抵御风沙 ,并采取生物措施对盐碱化的土地和草场进行治理 ,严格控制人口增长 ,建立受益地区向生态保护投入地区的补偿制度

Analyses and Countermeasures to Ecological Crisis of Minqin County

Ecological conditions in Minqin are increasingly worsening--vegetation for checking the wind and fixing the shifting sand is withering up;sand blown by the wind erodes the oasis and farmland;deserting of land is speeding up and soil alkali is very serious. All these have made some peasants poor.Facing with the ecological crisis of Minqin county,we should be fully aware of the seriousness of ecological crisis in Minqin and the urgency of protecting Minqin Oasis and rationally allocate water resource.We should reduce the area under cultivation and return the grain plots to forestry and grassy according to the principle of "setting the acrage according to water".We can not only use biotechnology and engineering to pvevent sand,but also take some biological measures to manage alkali affected land and meadow.We must bring the growth of population under control and set up a system of compenating to investing area on ecotope protecting by benifiting area.
