| 摘 要： | 在阐述学生教育管理与高校学风建设、人才培养三者关系的基础上 ,指出创建优良学风的重要性与紧迫性 ,强调学生教育管理工作应在创建优良学风、促进人才培养中发挥积极作用。提出了创建优良学风是学生教育管理核心内容的新观点 ,并对如何加强和改进学生教育管理工作、促进学风建设、培养高素质人才进行理性的分析与探讨 ,提出了一些新的思路。

| Abstract: | Based on the relationship between the educational management of students, the construction of college academic atmosphere and the training of qualified personnel, this paper points out the importance and urgency of creating good academic atmosphere and stresses that the educational management of students should play an active role in the training of qualified personnel. This paper has also presented the new viewpoint that it is the key issue of the educational management of students to create good academic atmosphere. In addition, some new thoughts have been put forward in how to strengthen and improve the educational management work, promote the construction of good academic atmosphere, and train highly qualified personnel. |
