西部欠发达地区特色产业集群与经济发展的实证研究——以宁夏为例

结合宁夏特色产业集群发展的实际情况,通过调查研究后发现,西部欠发达地区在实施集群发展战略时应以科学的发展观为指导,即产业集群的形式并不依赖统一规划的工业园区;评价特色产业经济优势的首要标准应该是竞争优势而非资源优势。同时,发展特色产业集群还必须克服产业规模小、科技水平低和资金缺乏等方面的约束。

Empirical Study on the Special Industrial Clusters and Economic Development in Western Underdeveloped Regions——Case Study on Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region

Based on the case study of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,the following conclusions are made: Western underdeveloped regions should be guided on the concept of scientific development in pushing the strategy of industrial development,that is the making of an industrial cluster should not depend on the formal industrial park,and the most important standard of industrial economic advantage should be the competitive advantages instead of the resourceful advantages.Meanwhile,the restrictions posed by small scale of industry,lower level of science and technology,and the shortage of capital should be removed in developing the local special industrial clusters.
