| 摘 要： | 我国现行征地补偿制度存在着征地补偿办法不合理,征地补偿费用标准偏低等问题,目前对征地补偿制度改革的一项重要措施是制定和实施征地区片综合地价。介绍了征地区片综合地价的概念,分析了确定征地区片综合地价应考虑的因素,说明了征地区片综合地价的具体应用,论述了实施征地区片综合地价的意义。

| Abstract: | There are some problems about land requisition compensation system,such as the method of land requisition compensation is unreasonable,the standard of land compensation is low,etc.An important measure for land requisition compensation system reform is to determine and implement integrated land section price.This paper introduces the concept of integrated land section price.analyzes the factors to determine integrated land section price.indicates the specificapplication of integrated land section price.and discusses the significance of implementing the integrated land section price. |
