| 摘 要： | 李大钊因曾接受过长期而正规的法政教育,故其对于民国宪政的思考,时至今日也有值得我们借鉴、思考之处。为此,笔者从政府权力的制约与人民权利的保障两个角度整理分析了李大钊的宪政思想,希有助于学界对李大钊思想的进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Since Li Dazhao once had long and regular education in law,therefore today there is something in his thoughts on the constitutionalism of the Republic of China we can make use of and ponder over.So in this paper,the authors analyzed Li Dazhao's thoughts on constitutionalism from both the restraint of government's power and the guarantee of people's rights,hoping this study will contribute to a further research on Li Dazhao's thoughts for the educational circle. |
