| 摘 要： | 近年来,黑龙江省外贸规模迅速扩大,外贸竞争力不断提高。其中,外资对黑龙江省外贸竞争力的提升发挥了重要作用,同时也存在不足。为此,必须(1)多方式、多途径、多渠道加快基础设施建设的步伐,为外资进得来、站得稳、发展快创造先决条件;(2)实现贸易战略和引进外资战略的转变;(3)创新利用外资方式,提高企业的国际竞争力;(4)提高利用外资水平,提升外贸竞争力;(5)建立外商投资市场服务体系,提高引资效率。

| Abstract: | In recent years,scale of foreign trade was increased and competitiveness of foreign trade was enhanced quickly in Heilongjiang province.Foreign capitals play a very important role in it,but problems still exists.For this reason we should take effective measures to introduce,rationally and effectively use foreign capital and enhance the comptitiveness of foreign trade. |
