从《论语》看孔子的治国思想

《论语》是孔子思想的体现,研读《论语》,感悟孔子的治国思想主要有:领导者提高自身修养是治国的起点;领导者规范自身行为是治国的关键;领导者施行开明的治国政策是治国的核心。孔子认为领导者提高自身修养方法有重学,立志,力行,自省;领导者规范自身的行为主要是正己和尽职两个方面;治国政策主要有仁治,礼治,德治,孝治,名治,贤治,诚治,育治和革治。

On Confucius' Governance Thinking in the Analects

The Analects is the embodiment of Confucian thinking.By reading it up,we can realize Confucius' governance thinking: For the leaders,improving self-cultivation is the starting point for the country,regulating their own behaviors is the key to the country,and carrying out enlightened policy is the core of the country.According to Confucius,leaders can self-cultivate by attaching importance to education,determining,practising,self-examining;regulating their behaviors by self-correcting and fulfilling one's duty;and the governance policies mainly are benevolence,courtesy,virtue,filial piety,fame,worthiness,fidelity,education and reformation.
