| 摘 要： | 针对目前国内关于国际航运中心的概念及相关理论存在的缺陷及其原因进行剖析,采用历史与逻辑相统一的方法,从港口的发展规律、航运产业核心竞争力及航运活动的特点等多个角度,探讨国际航运中心的本质特征。在此基础上,得出高度发达的航运服务业是国际航运中心最本质的特征这一结论,并对国际航运中心进行了重新定义。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the defect of the ISC(international shipping center)’s conception and correlation theory in mainland China and its reasons.Using the unity of history and logic methods,it studied the ISC’s nature from a wide variety of angles such as the law of development of port,the core competitiveness of shipping industry,and the characteristics of the shipping activities etc.Based on these studies,it concluded that the most important part for ISC is its high developed services.Therefore,it redefined the ISC as well. |
