| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了WTO农业协议的法律规则及其对我国农业的影响 ,主张建立新的农业保护体系 ,着重论述了从法律上加大对农业的保护力度 ,构建农业经济法体系 ,以提高农业的法律地位。
