20世纪后期以来,尽管全球治理已成为一种备受关注的现象,但全球治理之共识价值的贫乏,却导致全球治理呈现出事实与价值之间的冲突和距离。这对于全球治理的健全推进是不利的。因此,寻求全球治理的正当价值基础,就成为推进全球治理的重要的精神建构任务。基于西方与非西方的价值分歧和文明冲突,建构全球治理的共识性价值,其前提是走出追究价值发生学意义的狭隘境地,其特点是兼取、综合西方与非西方不同传统价值体系的底线价值理念。

Between Consensus and Difference:Seeking Common Values of Global Governance

Since the late 20th century, though global governance (GG) has been a focus of attention, lack of common values leads to conflicts and distance between reality and values, which is harmful to the healthy progress of GG. Thus seeking for the right value basis of GG has become an important mission of GG researchers. On account of value discrepancy and clash of civilizations between the West and the Non-west, this article proposes that the premise of constructing the common values of GG, whose feature is to contain the baseline values from different traditional value systems of the West and the Non-west, is to break out of the narrow-mindedness that seeks the genetic significance of values.
