| 摘 要： | 法律的个体内化就是法律信仰形成的心理过程,其包括法律认知、法律情感和法律意志等三个方面。法律认知过程中,经过法律感知、利益感受、价值认同等环节,主体获得一定的法律知识,形成一定的法律观念,产生一定的法律理想。主体在获得法律知识、形成法律观念、产生法律理想的过程中,体验着一定的法律情感,也表现出一定的法律意志。在法律个体内化的基础上,主体会形成一定的体现其精神面貌的稳定的个性心理,这就是法律人格。

| Abstract: | The legal individualization is a psychological course of the legal belief's forming.This course include three courses of legal cognition,legal emotion and legal will.In the process,persons obtain certain legal knowledge,form certain legal concept,engender certain legal ideal through the legal sense,benefit feeling and value approval,during the course of obtaining legal knowledge,forming legal concept and engender legal ideal,persons experience certain legal emotion,and show certain legal will.On the basis of individualization,persons will form certain stable characteristic psychology which show his spiritual appearance,this is the legal personality. |
