职业院校学生认知风格与学业不良的相关性研究

摘    要:本研究根据英国伯明翰大学的Richard.Riding及其同事所提出的认知风格结构模型,采取分层随机抽取不同层次的职业院校学生作为被试者,运用问卷法及活动操作,在粗放型-敏锐型认知风格维度上,对学生的认知风格与其学业不良的相关性进行了研究。研究发现:不同层次职业院校学业不良学生和学业优良学生的认知风格及其对学业状况的影响不存在显著的差异;学生的敏锐型认知风格与其学业优秀没有关联,不是导致学习成绩优秀的因素之一;学生的粗放型认知风格与其学业不良有密切关联,是导致学生学业不良重要的因素之一,故各层次职业院校都应当建立健全针对粗放型认知风格学生学业不良的系统干预措施。

Abstract:According to the cognitive style model proposed by Richard.Riding and his colleagues of University of Birmingham,the present study has adopted completely random and stratified sampling of students in vocational schools at different levels and used questionnaires and activities to study the correlation between cognitive styles of the students and their underachievements.The main findings from the present study are as follows:as far as different levels of schools are concerned,the cognitive styles of excellent vocational school students and underachievers and their impact on the academic status are not quite different;the acute cognitive styles of students and the academic excellence of the students are not correlative,i.e.the styles are not one of the factors leading to academic excellence;but the superficial cognitive styles of students are closely related with their underachievements and are one of the important factors leading to underachievements,so the different vocational schools should establish systems of controls and improve superficial cognitive styles of underachievers.
