良法标准初探

良法，特别是中国社会主义良法善性的基本标准是：在指导思想上，应始终坚持以邓小平理论为指导；在价值建构上，应确立以正义为轴心、以秩序为外化、以平等为基础、以利益为归属的价值体系；在规范结构上，应进一步完善立法过程的民主化、立法表达的规范化、立法体系的科学化；在文化精神上，应建立公民权利主导型的立法模式。

On The Criterion of Conscientious Law

This article stresses the conscientious law, especially the basic conscientious criterions of Chinese socialist law. First of all, we should adhere to Deng Xiao ping's Theory as the guiding ideology; secondly, we should establish the system of value which take justice as axis, order as external form, equality as basis, interest as end\|result; once more, in the structure of rules, we should further perfect the democratization in the process of legislation, the standardization in the manifestation of legislation, rationalization in the system of legislation; finally, in cultural spirit, we should establish the model of legislation guided by civil's rights.
