| 摘 要： | 中国现代大学制度的选择,经历了一个曲折的过程。德国大学制度代表着现代大学制度的形成,而美国大学制度则是发展并完善了现代大学制度。中国大学制度的选择要结合自己的国情,正视本国的教育状况,从而选择出一种适合本国大学存在与发展的制度。
