摘    要:21世纪以来,国际教育界人才培养理念发生了革命性变化,更多地关注学生的伦理规范、道德人格、思维方式的教育,这首先要求教育者要先树立德育为首的价值观。而儒家德育为首的办学育人理念、教者必须先"正己"后"正人"的德育师范性理念和教者"温而厉"的忠爱德性感化思想,为当今教师的价值观培育提供了借鉴与启迪。

Abstract:Ever since the coming into the 21st century,revolutionary changes have happened to the education concepts in global educational circle,and more attention has been cast to the education of students' ethic norms,moral personality,and way of thinking,which demand that educators build up a concept of stressing moral education.Teachers should learn from Confucian educational concept which puts moral education in the first place,from the concept of teachers as role models,and from the concept of affecting with virtues of honesty,love,and uprightness.
