大学生知行合一的德育工作体系构建

摘    要:传统的高校德育活动将德育目标显性化、德育内容课程化、德育过程理论化,却忽视了当代大学生的成长环境与心理特点,其德育效果难以实现。在现代德育语境中,按照知行合一的基本要求,确立大学生的德育目标体系,以不知不行作为切入点,充实和完善德育的内容体系。以知而必行作为出发点,建立德育工作的方法体系,从而全面系统地构建现代开放的大学生德育工作体系。

Abstract:Traditional moral education in universities is usually in the form of objectives,curriculums,theories.As the growth environment and psychological characteristics of university students are overlooked,the effect of traditional moral education is hard to be achieved.Modern moral education requires a system of moral educational objectives to be set up in accordance with the requirement of the integration of knowledge and practice.And the enrichment and perfection of the content system of modern moral education ought to be based on the principle of "no knowledge,no action".The methodological system of modern moral system must be built on the premise of "knowledge leading to action".Thus a modern,open moral education system for university students can be completed.
