| 摘 要： | 文章设计了苏北地区创新人才成长环境契合度评价指标,并运用主成分分析法构建了创新人才成长环境契合度测评模型;基于该模型结合象限图法对苏北创新人才成长环境现状进行了合理评价,并为今后苏北创新人才成长环境的优化建设提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Adopting the principal component analysis,the paper establishes the index system and evaluation model to evaluate the fitness of the innovative talents＇ growing environment in northern Jiangsu.It then practiced a reasonable evaluation on the basis of current status and put forward some suggestions on how to build and optimize the environment in the future. |
