关于改善和解决农村人居生态环境问题的对策研究

改善农村人居生态环境是新时期、新阶段关乎民生发展的重大问题。新农村建设以来,我国农村人居环境发生了巨大变化,但从总体上看依然非常落后,存在着垃圾污染严重、乡村绿化综合效果不佳以及人居环卫基础设施建设不足等问题。针对上述问题,建议从关注民生发展的角度对农村基础设施建设、城乡一体化建设、绿色宜居村庄建设、农村环境保护管理制度建设以及发展农村循环经济、提高农民生态环保意识等方面加以完善和增强,从而切实改善农村人居生态环境落后的状况。

Strategies on the Improvement and Solving of Rural Residential Environmental Problems

The improving of rural residential environment is a major issue of human development in the new era.Though greatly improved since the construction of new countryside,China＇s rural residential environment remains backward on the whole： refuse pollution is severe;the results of rural comprehensive greening are poor;the construction of environmental sanitation infrastructure is inadequate.To deal with these problems,we propose to improve and enhance work in the following aspects to improve the poor state of rural residential environment： rural infrastructure construction;integration of urban and rural areas;construction of green villages;construction of rural environmental protection managerial institutions;development of rural circular economy;nurturing of ecological protection consciousness among villagers.
