转型期城市环境治理理论的基本内容及其展望

城市环境治理作为一个新的研究领域,专门研究城市中各类治理主体之间的相互关系、运行机制及其制度安排。其基本内容主要包括基础理论、基本历程;发达国家经验与教训、基本模式、政策制度、制度创新、评价方法与评价指标体系等。文章结合有关文献,对近年来城市环境治理理论的研究意义与基本内容进行概括归纳,进而有助于城市环境治理理论体系的研究与发展。

On the Basic Content and Prospect of Urban Environmental Governance Theory in Transitional Period of China

As a burgeoning subject,urban environmental governance theory touches upon special research on interrelation of urban governing bodies,the operational mechanism and institutional arrangement.By reviewing the relative literature,this paper summarized the basic contents and research significance of it,namely,the basic principle and policy,lessons and experience of developed countries,evaluation methods,index system and so on.It is expected to be helpful for developing the research of the whole theoretical system of urban environmental governance.
