无锡市城市建设用地扩张驱动力分析

文章以无锡市为研究对象,在定量分析无锡市城市建设用地扩展规模、速度等问题的基础上,采用通径系数分析法,对促使地区建设用地扩展的驱动力进行了研究。结果显示：交通基础设施建设是城市建设用地扩展的主要驱动力,其中,城市道路扩张是城市建设用地扩展的主导因素;年底营运车辆数、非农业人口增长通过城市道路扩张、人均占有公共绿地面积增加对城市建设用地扩展起到间接影响作用;经济总量提升、房地产开发投资和人均住宅使用面积增加并不是推动城市建设用地扩张的直接原因,而城市建设思路、城市规划政策的不连续性、多变性是导致城市建设用地扩展周期波动的根源。

An Analysis of Driving Forces of Urban Construction Land Expansion in Wuxi

On the basis of quantitatively analyzing the scale and speed of urban expansion in Wuxi,the authors measured the effect levels of different elements through latus rectum analysis.The results show that,transportation infrastructure construction is the major driving force of urban construction land expansion,and roads radiate from the city in every direction is the dominant factor;The increase of number in operation at year-en（vehicle） and non-agricultural population through urban roads expansion and the per capita area of public green land growth affect urban construction land expansion indirectly.the GDP growth and the increase of real estate investment are not the direct reason.In fact,the current discontinuous,frequently changed and inconsistent urbanization strategies and urban planning are the root causes of the periodical fluctuation of urban construction land expansion.
