徐州地区的汉画像石

徐州地处苏鲁豫皖四省交汇中心,又是汉文化的发祥地,有着自己独特的文化特征和丰厚的历史积淀,理应成为汉画像石的代表地区而得到更加广泛的关注、深入地发掘与研究。但是,由于解放初期徐州曾经隶属于山东管辖,故在国内许多专家学者的著述中,常把徐州地区的汉画像石纳入鲁南地区加以介绍,鲜有另立章节,单独研究,造成颇多的误解和学术上的缺失。文章试对徐州的汉画像石研究作一简要的概述。

On the Han Pictorial Stone Relief in Xuzhou

Lying in the contiguous area of four provinces of Jiangsu,Shandong,Anhui and Henan,and enjoying the title of the cradle of the Han civilization,Xuzhou has its unique cultural features and extensive historic accumulation and ought to be deserved the greater prominence and popularity with further exploration as the representative region of Han Pictorial Stone Relief.However,owing to the former administrative divisions in the early years after liberation,Xuzhou,traditionally linked to Southern Shandong,has subordinated to Shandong province.Therefore the Han Pictorial Stone Relief in Xuzhou has always wrongly introduced and studied as part of Southern Shandong district without being studied separately which caused not only the misunderstandings among experts but academic deficiencies in this field as well.Thus this paper comprehensively dwells on the Han Pictorial Stone Relief in Xuzhou district in terms of artistic and aesthetic contents,features and expressional forms.
