| 摘 要： | 马克思主义法学思想的中国化是一个与时俱进的研究课题,我国社会主义建设也需要不断探索马克思主义法学思想中国化的各种制度。考察建国以来社会主义法制理念的传承和发展的阶段表现,结合马克思主义的最高命题,提出和谐社会民主法治的战略构想是符合我国具体国情的法制设计,是我国新时期马克思主义法学思想中国化的最新成果。

| Abstract: | The nationalization of Marxist legal ideology in China is a new research subject.The construction of Chinese socialism requires our continuous efforts in exploring the nationalization of Marxist legal ideology in China.With a review of the development of the socialist legal ideology since the founding of People's Republic of China and a study of the supreme proposition of Marxism,it states that the strategy of democratic legal system in a harmonious society not only conforms well to the present circumstances of our country but also is the latest achievement made on the nationalization of Marxist legal ideology in China. |
