| 摘 要： | 交易成本经济学在弥补新古典理论缺陷的同时,为考察网络组织问题提供了一个新的视角,但它并没有给网络组织问题的分析提供一个更加合理的答案。网络剩余的产生是由于网络资源的互补、知识学习与创新的外部效应等方面的原因导致的交易成本的节约而产生的。对网络剩余产生机理的研究对企业网络化经营有重要启示。 |

| Abstract: | The biggest shortage of transaction cost economics is that it does not form the framework of one-fold cost-analysis,and it ignores the ultimate aim of the existence of an organization.That is to get the maximization of transaction income by combining the factors together.Therefore,based on the transaction income,this paper puts forward the concept on residue of network organization,and discusses the forming reasons and mechanism.At last,it gives some suggestions on constructing network organization to produce more residue of network organization. |
