摘    要:高等教育是从事知识生产与再生产的机构。研究生处于国家人才培养体系的较高层次,历史赋予他们进行创造性研究活动的使命。然而,作为知识分子,研究生对前人和他人学术成果过度依赖,在选题、行文上过度借鉴,甚至过多引用,这些现象虽然性质不好,可以归结为研究生学术人格养成的偏位,而不能断然以“学术腐败”定论,如及时加以矫正,研究生良好学术人格的养成依然是可能的。

Abstract:Higher education is an institution where knowledge is produced and reproduced. Postgraduates are in the higher layer of this system, who are committed to creative research and studies. However, as intellectuals, postgraduates have relied too much on academic results of other people, often more than they are permitted to in selecting topics and paper writing. Though this phenomenon is not good, we had better regard it as a kind of inclination in their developing academy personality instead of regarding it as "academy corruption". With timely correction of their wrong practice, it is still possible for them to develop a healthy academy personality.
