| Abstract: | The expansion of student enrollment in the institutions of higher learning is an innovation of higher education in China. The enrollment has brought about new demands on the development of library periodical literature resources. The requirement of periodical literature has been changed. Library should follow certain principles and adopt relevant measures to improve periodical literature resources in accordance with the changes and requirements. |
