| 摘 要： | 为合理的制定科技论文的奖励政策,对国内部分高校奖励政策中普遍存在的问题进行了分析;结合高校的实际情况,提出了对应的措施,即在制定奖励政策时应国内、外论文兼顾,并根据本校的学科特点以及具体情况,制定适合本校的多种形式的论文奖励政策,以确保各学科的健康发展。
