| 摘 要： | 中小企业信用担保机构面临着潜在风险,即来自信用担保机构本身的风险、政府不适当干预和政府不稳定性的风险、信用担保法律定位不明晰的风险、供需双方信息不对称的风险、中小企业信用不足的风险;应从内部与外部两方面构建信用担保风险防范与控制机制。
