摘    要:实绩分析是干部考评工作的重要环节,是准确评价定位干部的重要依据。在实践中,往往会出现实绩分析准确性科学性不高的问题,必须高度重视、认真研究。本文从理论和实践两个方面着手,对问题进行了深刻的思考,提出了合理设置实绩关键指标、深化完善实绩认定办法等对策措施,为提高实绩分析科学性准确性提供了很好的思路。
