摘    要:我国企业人才招聘由于长期以来缺乏重视,存在着与企业战略、人力资源战略规划的脱节,自身工作流程不规范,评估体系缺失等问题,导致企业面临招聘困境,影响着企业组织的生存和进一步发展;战略性招聘的内涵和特征决定了其能有效解决传统招聘策略的弊端,因此,当前企业战略性招聘的实施应从人力资源管理成本的前向推进、招聘业务外包、正确对待临时性招聘等方面切入。

Abstract:Recruitment has been ignored for long time in Chinese enterprise,which is dislocating with the enterprise strategic and human resources strategy plan,workflow to nonstandard,evaluation system to deletion.All of these result from the inefficiency on enterprise performance's recruitment and endanger the survival and development of enterprise.The intension and characteristic of strategic recruitment determining that can resolve the abuses of traditional recruitment well.Paper brings some measures about how to ...
