| 摘 要： | 国际经济形势的变化和对外开放的经济本质要求中国企业顺应潮流 ,抓住机遇 ,适时适量地发展对外直接投资。中国企业对外直接投资的具体战略为 :对外投资的主要区域应选择发展中国家 ,同时巩固对发达国家的投资 ,投资产业首选制造业 ,要根据情况选择合适的投资、融资方式 ,在投资中要加强技术创新 ,提高国际竞争力。
