| Abstract: | This paper,depending on the developmental characteristics of higher education for ethnic minorities and its local features,and the practice of higher education for ethnic minorities in western China,explores the effective ways that befit higher education for ethnic minorities in this area,and examines theories of developing and reforming higher education for ethnic minorities in order to perfect the theories so that a solid foundation for talents development can be laid down for the regional economic uplift in the area. |
