新型平缝机摆梭驱动机构的优化设计

摘    要:针对集装袋体积大、缝料厚,普通平缝机操作不方便、效率低等问题,文章提出一种新型高头平缝机设计方案。运用优化设计的方法,改进摆梭驱动机构,确定该机构的尺寸参数,并应用虚拟样机技术,对结构进行运动仿真,分析改进后机构的运动特性。结果显示:角速度变化比较平稳,角加速度在改变方向时变小,说明摆梭轴的受力方向改变时所受冲击很小,有效减小了振动。改进后的摆梭驱动机构能够满足生产的需要。

Abstract:ln view of the big volume, thick material container bags, the common flat sewing machine exists the problemsof inconvenient operation and low efficiency. A new type of heavy duty high-head sewing machine was designed. Theoptimization design method to improve the structure was used, and the parameters of the driving mechanism wereconfirmed. The motion simulation was obtained by using the virtual prototype technology, and the motion characters wereanalyzed after mechanism improvement. The results show that the angular velocity change is relatively stable, and theangular acceleration becomes smaller when the direction of change is changed, and it illustrates that the impact is smallwhen the force direction of the pendulum shaft is changed. It reduces the vibration effectively. The improved sewingshuttle driving mechanism can meet the needs of production.
