五辊无溶剂涂布复合膜涂层厚度实验研究

摘    要:为了研究五辊式无溶剂涂布各影响因子对涂层厚度和稳定性的微观影响,利用我国某公司生产的五辊无溶剂涂布复合机进行实验研究,获得定间距、变车速推荐下的施涂样本。采用分析型扫描电子显微镜( SEM)对施涂样本沿辊筒轴向、径向的厚度进行拍摄,运用SmileView测量软件进行厚度测量,并结合称质量法验证结果的可信度。结果表明:在实验参数下,轴向涂层厚度稳定性比径向涂层厚度稳定性要强;随着工作车速的增加,涂层稳定性有逐渐变好的趋势;涂层厚度先变厚再变薄,厚度在200 m/min左右的工作车速下达到最大值。该研究应用于实际生产中,可以通过改变涂布车速来调节涂层的厚度和稳定性,对实际生产有一定指导作用。

Abstract:ln order to study the impact factors of five-roller solventless coating machine with the micro influence of thecoating thickness and stability, a five-roller solvent-free coating machine made in China was researched. The coatingcomposite membrane samples were obtained with variable speed and fixed pitch. The thickness of coating samples alongthe roller axial and radial direction was photographed by using SEM. The coating thickness was measured by SmileViewsoftware. The reliability of the measurement results were verified by using weighing method. Stability of coatingthickness increased gradually with the increase of speed. The coating thickness increased firstly and then decreased withthe increase of velocity. The operation speed of maximum coating thickness was about 200 m/min. In the actualproduction, the thickness of the coating and stability could be adjusted by changing the coating speed. The experimentaldata has a certain guiding role for the actual production.
