天然橡胶干燥生产线卸胶工序电气控制系统

摘    要:针对当前天然橡胶干燥生产自动化程度低的问题,以橡胶初加工自动化生产线为背景,设计了基于可编程序控 制器( PLC)的橡胶干燥生产卸胶工序的电气自动控制系统。根据卸胶工序的工艺控制流程设计了电气元件布置图,给 出了多工作方式的编程思想,基于三菱PLC设计了其外部接线图、I/O地址分配、PLC顺序功能图等。仿真实验证明该 电气控制系统运行平稳,很好地满足了干燥生产卸胶工艺的自动控制要求。该设计方案自动化程度高,可以在实际天然 橡胶干燥生产中推广使用。

Abstract:According to the problem of low-degree automation for natural rubber drying-production at present, and by thebackground of the primary processing for rubber produced line, the electrical auto-control system of discharge process forrubber drying-production was designed based on programmable logic controller (PLC). The diagrams of electricalcomponents layout was designed according to discharge process for rubber drying-production, and the working designschemes of multi-working mode were given. The design scheme of control circuits were designed in detail based onMitsubishi PLC, which include external connection diagram, input and output address allocation, sequence functionchart (SFC) of PLC, etc. The operation of electrical control system was smoothly, and the electrical control systemsatisfied the requirement of production process. The conclusion is presented that the design of electrical control-system ishigh automatic, and it can be used in the practical production of natural rubber.
