党内和谐的科学内涵、构成要素及其基本要求探讨

党内和谐是指构成党的各主体要素在相互配合、相互协调、相互促进、良性互动的基础上，按照以党章为核心的党内法规制度体系的要求，在行使权利、履行义务、执行使命的相互交往的活动关系中形成的思想统一、民主团结、文化和谐、制度健全、心情舒畅、富有活力、友好相处和融洽共事的党内生活状态。它主要包括了思想和谐、组织和谐、作风和谐、制度和谐、利益和谐、行动和谐等六个要素。增进党内和谐必须坚持党的思想路线，保持思想统一；坚持和完善民主集中制，不断扩大党内民主；坚持党要管党，从严治党，严肃党的纪律；坚持维护团结统一，做到自强与开放的统一；坚持立党为公、执政为民，以人为本，始终与人民群众保持血肉联系等基本要求。

The Scientific Connotation, Component and Basic Requirement of the Harmony within the Party

The harmony within the Party refers to the components of the Party based on the mutual cooperation,mutual promotion and interaction to form the united,democratic,harmonious,active and friendly conditions of life in the Party.The harmony within the Party meets the requirement of the regulation system of the Party centered on the Party Constitution,and comes out of the mutual communication when exercising the rights,fulfilling obligations and carrying out missions.It mainly includes ideological harmony,organizational harmony,style harmony,institutional harmony,interest harmony and action harmony.To improve the harmony within the Party must insist on the Party's ideological line and ideological unity;must insist on perfecting the democratic centralism to extend democracy within the Party;must insist on the Party administrating the Party and strictly enforcing the Party's disciplines;must insist on maintaining the solidarity and the unity of self reliance and opening;must insist on the basic requirement that serves the people heart and soul,works for the public,and always maintains the blood-and-flesh links with the people.
